Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Pismo technical sales strategy across Europe, guiding discovery, solution design, and evaluation cycles.
- Solution complex, multi‑product deals, combining Pismo with other Visa Value‑Added Services to deliver cohesive, end‑to-end client architectures.
- Own strategic technical engagements end‑to-end, influencing client decision‑making and ensuring solution designs are implementation‑ready.
Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
- Experience in solutions architecture or technical sales engineering, ideally in payments, fintech, or high‑growth technology environments.
- Strong understanding of technical architectures, APIs, data flows, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Desired Skills:
- Consultative selling mindset: able to map Visa’s product capabilities to client pain points, regulatory needs, and measurable ROI.
- Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong cross‑functional partner to Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery, maintaining tight feedback loops.
