Position Summary:
- Support the delivery of high-quality educational experiences in a virtual learning environment.
- Provide professional development, coaching, and quality assurance for instructional staff.
- Bring a strong background in K-12 education and a passion for improving instructional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver ongoing professional development opportunities focused on instructional best practices.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, including performance evaluations and constructive feedback.
- Analyze instructional performance and student data to identify improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of K-12 classroom teaching experience, preferably in math or ELA.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing professional development to teachers or tutors.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching practices in virtual environments.
