The Role:
- Facilitate professional development for educators implementing Amplify STEM programs.
- Coach a team of 30-40 Professional Learning Specialists to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of PreK-12 teaching experience.
- Experience coaching educators and strong understanding of adult learning theory.
Additional Information:
- Travel is essential, up to 60% during peak season and 20-40% during the school year.
- Travel-related expenses are reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
