Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, selling them top fitness products and services. Representing Road Runner Sports, the world’s largest running and walking store, you'll have multiple opportunities in this role. Earning $19.00/hr when hitting sales goals ($16.00/hr base plus bonuses), success comes from resolving customer concerns promptly and making customers raving fans. Training will equip you to become an expert, making recommendations, introducing customers to VIP Family perks, and creating a trusted friend experience. Bring WOW by residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington. Reliability and flexible availability that may include days, evening, holidays, and at least one weekend day.
