About the Role:
- You'll own how Product org operates, designing systems to close gaps in planning, launching, and learning.
- You'll partner with Product leadership as a strategic contributor and shape connections to GTM, Support, and Data.
- You'll report to Program Management and work with full autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own roadmap health: define tracking standards, evolve planning cadence, and communicate to customers.
- Own launch health: define frameworks and readiness across Product, PMM, Sales, and Support.
- Own customer insight: combine feedback from multiple sources to inform prioritization.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in product operations, program management, or business operations, designing operating models.
- Experience building customer insight systems, launch frameworks, and product metrics.
- Systems thinking and ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment.
