Natera is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategic marketing efforts that position our User Experience (UX) innovations as a defining strength within oncology diagnostics. This leader will highlight the clinical and operational value of our intuitive workflows and advanced data visualization platforms. A key goal is to support the broader integration of Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing into the standard of care, emphasizing its power in improving outcomes for oncology patients.
This role will manage multi-channel campaigns, cross-functional initiatives, and thought leadership to reinforce Natera’s market leadership in digital oncology UX. Focus on Natera’s digital UX and MRD workflows that support precision oncology and drive strategic messaging that communicates the clinical utility, operational efficiency, and patient-centered impact of MRD testing.
