What You'll Do:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Horizontal, in partnership with the CPO and broader leadership team.
- Drive customer-centric product innovation with a focus on growth, retention, and monetization across the buyer and seller journeys.
- Lead AI transformation for the horizontal domain, incubating the development and transition to a fully agentic marketplace.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience leading product teams in online B2C/B2B2C environments, ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds.
- Strong hands-on product management background, not just a strategic leader, but someone who has built products.
- Several years of experience hiring, growing, and directly managing Product Managers at all stages of their careers.
