Quality Assurance Leader - Cloud Platform

We're looking for a QA Lead to establish and drive a centralized QA function within our Cloud Platform department. You will be instrumental in defining, testing strategies, quality standards, and engineering excellence practices that will be adopted across all development teams at dLocal. This is initially a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who is as comfortable designing and creating custom test frameworks and tools as they are building culture and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work closely with SREs, Security, and Developer Experience teams to ensure that every layer of our platform is tested, observable, and trusted. As the QA Lead you will build and lead a centralized QA team focused on driving platform-wide quality practices and capabilities. Other responsibilities include redefining and monitoring key quality KPIs , designing, developing, and maintaining custom test frameworks, reusable tooling, and test automation pipelines.
