Role & Responsibilities:

  • Travel statewide for meetings and be available for on-site meetings in Sacramento within 24 hours' notice.
  • Operate on a Pacific Time Zone work schedule and lead the structured 90-day onboarding timeline for new agencies.

Implementation & Onboarding:

  • Oversee integration of custom travel policies, rule classes, approval processes, and user permissions.
  • Develop and manage implementation plans with specific actions, timelines, and milestones for a smooth transition.

Strategic Support & Analysis:

  • Provide proactive account management and develop tailored strategies to ensure program growth and agency engagement.
  • Conduct bi-annual reviews of top agencies to analyze performance and align findings with strategic objectives.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Utilize the designated CRM software to maintain accurate records of all User Agency activities and track progress.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, agency engagement, and account development efforts for consistent communication.
