Director of Programs

Mid Atlantic Arts (MAA) seeks a highly skilled, motivated, and dynamic Director of Program to lead the program team in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals, while also managing budgets, staff, and community relationships. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker and have considerable experience and demonstrate success as a senior manager. The Director of Programs will report to the Executive Director and work in close collaboration with staff, board and MAA stakeholders to help ensure that the organization’s strategic and programming goals are met. Responsibilities include program development, team management, and strategic planning.
