About the Role:
- You will own product direction and engineering organization for a growing STR tech company.
- You will define north star metrics and ensure delivery stays ahead of engineering.
- You will act as the bridge between engineering and the rest of the business.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years across product and engineering, with time owning both.
- Deep STR industry knowledge—hotels or general SaaS is not sufficient.
- Engineering background with production code experience.
What You Won't Do:
- This is not a process role; we don't need someone to install a framework.
- This is not a pure people manager role; you will be hands-on.
- The roadmap is not handed to you—you own it.
