Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior organizational leader and strategic partner to the Head of Engineering and Engineering Leadership Team.
- Own key operational rhythms, while tackling ambiguous challenges and designing actionable plans for cross-functional execution.
- Leverage AI tools to redesign and improve organizational processes, removing toil across the department.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including direct experience as an engineer or technical program leader.
- Proven track record of serving as a strategic partner to a senior technical executive like a CTO or Head of Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose organizational problems, design plans, and hand off execution while tracking progress.
