About the Role:
- We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to help scale our operations and sharpen executive decision-making.
- This role is a strategic partner to the CEO, owning Board processes and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on company strategy and organizational priorities.
- Own the Board operating process and coordinate executive communications.
- Apply AI and emerging technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with a mix of consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and program management skills.
