Key Responsibilities:
- Own the executive rhythm and master execution tracker, enforcing accountability and translating CEO vision into cross-functional roadmaps.
- Facilitate CEO decision-making by framing options and representing him in key forums, drafting communications in his voice.
- Act as a diplomatic bridge between CEO, leadership, and board, unblocking friction and building consensus.
Profile & Experience:
- 10+ years in operating, strategy, and execution roles, with prior Chief of Staff, business ops, or top-tier consulting experience.
- Entrepreneurial DNA with ability to think like an owner and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- High EQ and executive presence to influence without authority, plus AI-native fluency and structured communication mastery.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $200,000-$275,000, plus annual company-wide bonus up to 15%.
