Vice President of Product and Delivery

Role Overview:

• You will own and continuously improve Skaled’s people, product and delivery operating system.
• You will turn expertise into defined, repeatable products and services.
• You will establish how those products are delivered consistently and own the people, process, and technology.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the delivery organization, including consultants, program managers, and the talent manager.
• Own the translation of methodology into defined, repeatable products and services.
• Own the technology strategy and technical solution design for the delivery operating system.

Qualifications:

• You have 10+ years in delivery, professional services, or consulting, including 5+ years leading a delivery organization.
• You have a track record of productizing services and building a delivery operating system.
• You have technology-forward leadership and experience with GTM/RevOps domain.
