Responsibilities:
- Underwrite mortgage loans including Agency and Non-Agency products.
- Proactively manage assigned loan pipeline and ensure ownership of decisions and timelines.
- Review loan documentation for compliance with company, investor, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of mortgage experience, with 5+ years underwriting Agency and Non-Agency loan products.
- 4+ years of experience reviewing appraisals and proficiency with Encompass LOS.
- Strong knowledge of Agency and Non-Agency guidelines and automated underwriting systems.
