Expert/Team of Experts - Strengthening Implementation and Impact of Policy Reform Projects

Objective:

• Optimise the GG ICR Facility’s approach to achieving outcomes.
• Integrate additional measures, processes, and practical tools into project implementation.
• Maximise the likelihood that reforms are effectively advanced once GG ICR interventions are completed.

Expected Deliverables:

• Review existing processes at GG ICR Facility and first recommendations on how to improve expected results.
• Support for two pilot interventions to test, refine, and validate the proposed methodology.
• Develop a methodology tailored to the context of GG ICR Facility projects.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in change management, organizational management, coaching, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing change‑management approaches in public‑sector or private‑sector reform contexts.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
