Change Management Consultant - Program Enablement

Role Overview:

• Lead change initiatives to ensure new capabilities are effectively communicated, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day workflows.
• Include stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training enablement.
• Coordinate with IT, product, and operations teams to support successful rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop tailored communication and adoption strategies.
• Maintain program documentation, timelines, and status reporting.
• Support feedback loops and continuous improvement by capturing user insights and adoption metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Have Prosci certification or experience applying Prosci and ADKAR frameworks.
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
