Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to analyze data sources, identify the best sources for stakeholder information.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and has a working knowledge of the organization's business operations.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change.
- Understanding of OCM theories and models.
