Role Overview:
- Support AI-driven software development, automation, and technology innovation across enterprise IT projects.
- Build AI-powered prototypes and enhance applications using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and OpenAI Codex.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to identify AI-driven improvements and automate development workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Assist with federal proposal development, technical research, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 0-2 years of experience using AI coding tools.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C# and familiarity with LLMs, REST APIs, Git, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-motivation skills with the ability to learn new technologies independently.
