Care Guide Team Lead

Role Overview:

• Hybrid clinical and people management role for a senior RN ready to step into leadership.
• Manage a caseload of up to 40 members while leading a pod of 5-7 Care Guide RNs.

People Management:

• Conduct weekly 1:1s, own performance evaluations, and provide coaching.
• Handle scheduling, PTO coverage, and workload balancing across the pod.

Clinical Work:

• Deliver RN-level medication education and conduct pre/post-infusion check-ins.
• Maintain clinical continuity from onboarding through active treatment.

Clinical Escalation & Quality:

• Serve as first clinical escalation point for complex clinical questions.
• Monitor pod-level quality metrics like NPS and documentation SLA compliance.
