About the role:
- This is a key seat on a small, high-impact tech team.
- You'll help design and build the systems backbone and support the order-to-cash process.
- You'll be the first line of defense on cybersecurity and IT support.
What you'll do:
- Support and maintain our ERP and enterprise systems, including integrations.
- Own day-to-day management of the order-to-cash process across DTC and retail.
- Lead technology improvement projects from requirements to post-live support.
Who we're looking for:
- Someone with 2-3 years in technology support at a fast-growing company.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with ERP systems like Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics.
- A bias to ship, fluent in AI tools, and comfortable owning ambiguity.
