Director of Care Operations

This high-impact leadership role is at the center of Pair Team's mission to transform care for underserved communities. As the Director of Care Operations, you will play a critical role in leading daily management of Pair Team’s most prominent program, ensuring operational excellence, payer alignment, and scalable care delivery while working on mission-critical programs that help fuel the future direction of the company. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program to ensure delivery targets are consistently achieved. You will also grow and manage a large, multi-disciplinary care operations team, which includes case managers, nurses and behavioral health providers.
