Chief of Staff - R&D

As a Strategic Partner to the CTO, you will prioritize focus, synthesize input across stakeholders, and accelerate decision-making. Serving as a high-trust advisor, you will help the CTO stay ahead of key conversations, risks, and opportunities. You will lead or incubate high-impact projects that span functions, lack a clear owner, or are in early stages of development; connect technical strategy to execution by tracking follow-ups, unblocking dependencies, and surfacing issues early. You will also collaborate on strategy documents, board materials, and internal updates that clearly communicate technical direction, platform strategy, and organizational priorities, and structure ambiguity into action by translating abstract ideas into structured workstreams, with clear owners and timelines.
