Client Solutions Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple complex customer projects to achieve project goals and requirements. You'll thrive working with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects to delight our customers. You will manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, milestones and other constraints. You will also work with customers or internal leadership teams to address blockers, risks, and escalations while updating on the overall health of project(s). You will help define and improve processes/guidelines for the project management function and drive delivery across organizational boundaries. In addition, you will build, share, and present reports that track performance and give meaningful insights into our capacity and commitments. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to turn their needs into well-defined projects and backlogs; this includes identifying potential new projects with additional services.
