Job Description
As a German-speaking Order & Procurement Manager at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, you will be responsible for managing various procurement activities, including receiving and processing orders and inquiries within standardized processes. Your role involves supporting the coordination of purchasing activities with strategic and operational corporate procurement, assisting in evaluating investment proposals, and providing support for the technical implementation of ongoing deal offer calculations in coordination with Sales and the providing departments.
Additionally, you will assist with tenders and work in a tool-supported environment, collecting and analyzing data and key figures relevant to the area of responsibility. You will also support general procurement management tasks. The role requires proficiency in standard MS Office products, knowledge of SAP R/3, and the ability to understand technical and commercial contexts. Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) is essential, along with a structured and customer-oriented approach.
