Staff Accountant

Prepared is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of core accounting functions previously outsourced, playing a critical part in building the financial foundation of a fast-scaling, mission-driven company. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and reliability of Prepared’s financial reporting and collections processes. Responsibilities include Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, Accounts Payable (AP), Credit Card and Expense Management, Month-End & Year-End Close, Documentation & Compliance and Cross-Functional Collaboration. The base compensation for this role is approximately $95,000–105,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants, participation in Prepared’s unlimited vacation program.
