Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver user-centered design solutions for best-in-class digital tools aimed at improving ease and efficiency for claims adjusters.
- Support individual product teams while collaborating within a mature UX team of content designers, other product designers, and user researchers.
Design and Innovation:
- Work throughout all phases of the design process, including conceptual design, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ensure brand standards are integrated into all final designs to deliver a consistent and professional user experience.
Collaboration and Advocacy:
- Act as an advocate for the end user within cross-functional teams, sharing designs early and often to seek constructive feedback.
- Help identify user research needs and participate in immersive research, concept testing, and usability testing to continuously optimize solutions.
