About Element34:
- AI-native test lifecycle platform, with SBOX for large-scale execution.
- Small senior team, no management layers, full ownership.
The Role:
- Hands-on Staff Engineer role with no direct reports, owning systems end-to-end.
- You'll spend 90% of your time on backend in Java/Go and 10% on React.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep Java/Go expertise and production LLM, RAG, and agent experience.
- Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or OpenSearch.
