Strategy and Operations Analyst

This role seeks a strategic & operations analyst responsible for turning data into actionable insights in order to help guide the COO and leadership team. The analyst will build dashboards, define key metrics, and run analyses that make operational and financial performance clear. This position requires visualization and communication skills, by helping translate data into decisions that drive impact across the organization. The analyst will build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to measure and evaluate business performance, providing leadership with timely, actionable insights. The analyst will also query data (SQL) and work with existing models, applying best practices in visualization and reporting. The goal is to turn complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategy and decision-making for the COO and senior leadership by communicating findings and creating reports or presentations that clearly convey insights to both executives and operational teams.
