- Partners with Product, Actuarial, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align business objectives with risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages portfolio performance, interprets market trends, and proactively mitigates risk exposure.
- Shapes product strategy and evaluates financial implications of product changes.
- Leads talent development and builds scalable governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive experience in underwriting, risk, or related insurance disciplines.
- 4+ years of direct people management and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Preferred: MBA, automotive F&I experience, and enterprise underwriting transformation expertise.
