Accountabilities:
- Profitably underwrite complex new and renewal commercial business through disciplined risk selection and pricing.
- Manage the assigned renewal book and portfolio to achieve profit and premium objectives.
- Drive production goals through marketing, prospecting, and agency engagement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience and progress toward AU, CIC, or CPCU designations.
- Advanced risk evaluation capabilities and strong knowledge of insurance contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to mentor and coach.

- Base salary of $115,000–$155,000 annually with annual incentive compensation opportunities.
