Senior Software Engineer (Insurance Tech)

Your Impact:

• This is a hands-on Senior Engineer role for someone who loves building.
• You'll spend most of your time writing code, shipping high-impact features, and solving meaningful technical problems across EvolutionIQ and CCC products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications across EvolutionIQ and CCC products, spending the majority of your time writing production code.
• Modernize existing systems by working through complex legacy platforms while contributing to new product development and scalable backend services.
• Leverage AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development, improve engineering productivity, and rapidly prototype new ideas.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of delivering features end-to-end.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, plus experience building applications with TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems with strong relational database design skills.
