Job Description
The Product Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of digital products that support a paid leave benefit program. You will be responsible for executing thorough manual testing of web applications to ensure they meet functional requirements and real-world user needs. You will support complex testing efforts, collaborate across multiple project scrum teams, and may lead small- to mid-scale QA efforts with some guidance from senior staff.
Responsibilities include leading or supporting QA activities across the SDLC, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, writing and maintaining test cases, executing regression, performance, and validation testing, validating integrations, performing accessibility testing, and logging detailed bug reports.
