Credit Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Review and process credit applications, pulling reports, references, and financials to make credit decisions.
• Evaluate existing customer files, requesting financials, history, and competitor analysis to manage risk while promoting growth.
• Communicate with customers to request information, negotiate terms, and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of credit or accounts receivable experience or equivalent education.
• Strong risk management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and analytical skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly salary range varies by location, from $22.00 to $34.65.
• Annual discretionary bonus up to 5%.
• PTO accrual up to 112 hours per year, plus 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day.

Work Environment:

• Remote position with standard hours 8:00-5:00 PST.
• Periodic travel may be required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform close visual work on a computer.
