Credit Balance Analyst I

Role and Responsibilities:

• Confirm account details and financial transactions in assigned Provider patient accounting system and other supporting applications.
• Complete detailed analysis to execute accurate actions, including refunds, adjustments, or resolution of impediments.
• Manage accounts receivable and respond to follow-up requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or revenue cycle (coursework, internship, or patient accounting work experience preferred).
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:
