Key Responsibilities:
- Develop repeatable data ingestion and transformation logic to standardize and prepare data for analytics
- Design, rapidly prototype, and implement one or more Power BI semantic models integrating multiple contact center technologies and CRM platforms
- Build and maintain Power Query (M) pipelines to transform raw and conditioned data into standardized fact and dimension tables
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from an accredited college or university in a data-related field of study
- At least 2-3 years hands-on Power BI development experience in multi-source data environments
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with contact center operations and performance
- Experience working with call center, CRM, or telephony data, including Cisco, Genesys Cloud CX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Salesforce Service Cloud
