Pharmaceutical Content Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement content compliance policies, SOPs, and workflows, managing review requests and providing early-stage guidance to accelerate cycles.
• Interpret FDA/FTC advertising guidance, USP <795>/<797>/<800>, HIPAA marketing requirements, and federal/state pharmacy regulations for content review.
• Partner with cross-functional teams as the compliance liaison, developing playbooks and training resources while maintaining an auditable repository for inspections.

Qualifications:

• PharmD required with 2+ years of experience in pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, or MLR/content review in healthcare or biotech.
• Strong knowledge of USP standards, FDA/FTC requirements, and HIPAA marketing rules, with ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills, proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Asana and Canva preferred.
