Training Strategy
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned to business objectives across Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all training programs comply with FDA, state boards of pharmacy, and USP standards, partnering with Quality and Regulatory teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Active CPhT certification required.
- 10+ years in learning and development with 3+ years in leadership across multiple locations.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, including knowledge of cGMP and USP standards.
