About the Role:
- Designs and leads comprehensive field manager development programs from onboarding to advanced leadership.
- Builds and manages a high-potential identification and development framework for field talent.
- Evaluates external resources and measures program effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in organizational development or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial training or organizational development.
- Deep expertise in field manager and leadership development program design and facilitation.
