Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Neuroscience PAL field team, including setting priorities, motivating the team, and enforcing rules of engagement.
  • Develop and nurture key customer relationships with KOLs, executives, and office staff, mining insights for internal action.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead a field team, develop strategic plans, and influence senior stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $198,130 - $240,083 per year, with additional incentive cash and stock opportunities.
