Position Overview:
- Lead a team of Regional Accounts Managers within a designated geography.
- Promote PreventionGenetics products and services to physicians and healthcare providers.
- Recruit, train, coach, and provide performance management for the sales team.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain professional knowledge of products and train sales team members.
- Manage sales targets and communicate progress with management.
- Build relationships with key thought leaders and collect customer insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in medical or technical field.
- 1+ year of sales leadership experience and valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $127,000 - $191,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include PTO, health coverage, retirement savings, and paid leave for parents and caregivers.
