Responsibilities:
- Work with Operations Manager to ensure compliance and performance goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs for pharmacy personnel.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and coordinate training schedules.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with some college coursework preferred.
- PTCB certification required.
- Minimum 4 years pharmacy experience; previous training experience preferred.
