Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead national CXO engagement programs and support scaled marketing initiatives for the South and LATAM regions. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CXO programs such as roundtables, VIP events, and thought leadership initiatives across the US. Partnering with regional sales and marketing teams to adapt, launch, and optimize scalable demand-generation programs, account-based campaigns, and tailored events in the South and LATAM regions. Collaborating cross-functionally with corporate marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market (GTM) programs. Utilizing tools like SFDC, Tableau, and intent data to refine targeting, ensure alignment with sales priorities, and measure effectiveness. Measuring and reporting program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, account engagement, and ROI.
