This hire will attend key meetings alongside the CEO for insight on key priorities and workstreams and will also have the opportunity to lead Leadership Team Meetings. They will coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure that CEO-led projects are on track, and review draft strategy, messaging, and planning docs and provide input to working teams.
They will also create briefs for meetings and events, work with the Executive Comms team on external speaking engagements, draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO and complete research to inform strategic decisions. They will also manage special projects for the Office of the CEO and oversee board meeting scheduling and planning and manage the CEO’s schedule.
