Executive Director of Business Analysis F/M/X

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking an Executive Director of Business Analysis to understand and optimize Accor’s performance. This role involves managing a team of analysts, standardizing analytical methods across the company, and anticipating future performance based on complex data to contribute to strategic decision-making. Mastery of Data Ecosystem is required to manage and utilize complex data systems and to have a deep understanding of the Accor business model. The Executive Director will lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, forecast future business performance on key commercial indicators, conduct complex ad hoc analyses, and establish and standardize new performance indicators and analytical methodologies. The director will provide analytical support to management and prepare detailed reports and presentations. Proficiency in French and English is required.
