Preboarding Specialist - Trilingual

The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities and is a member of Cielo’s internal Bridge Team. Driven by quality, the Bridge Team is an expert at background verification, referencing, drug checking, and on-boarding. Duties include entering and tracking candidate orders, reviewing submittals to ensure compliance, and completing welcome calls and emails to all candidates. They assist in building new client audit detail procedures and monitor candidate onboarding tasks, providing excellent service to candidates and client teams.
