Job Description

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be a key member of the Monte Carlo sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical guidance and support to the sales team. This includes delivering demos and successful proofs of concept, positioning the platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders and executives, technical solution, advocating cross-functionally for the customerโ€™s needs, and creating content to scale your work. You'll travel to customer sites (up to 25%) to deliver in-person engagements and build strong relationships. You'll lead high-impact product demos tailored to customer challenges and priorities and drive the discovery process alongside AEs. You'll define technical requirements and use cases, ensuring alignment with the customer's desired outcomes and co-develop Business Value Assessments (BVAs) that showcase value, ROI, and strategic fit.
