Technical Lead Manager, Evaluation & Benchmarking

Lead the Evaluation & Benchmarking team responsible for developing the algorithms and tools necessary to thoroughly assess the autonomy system's performance throughout development. Work closely with internal users to understand their requirements and workflows and build a long-term roadmap for the team aligned with the company's milestones. Lead technical projects; contributing as an IC while also managing a team of engineers. Participate and share ideas in technical and architecture discussions, collaborating with researchers and engineers. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to offer guidance and constructive feedback to direct reports. Advocate and set patterns for software development.
