Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue performance across assigned client accounts and manage daily operations of sales closers and setters.
  • Run daily sales meetings, conduct pipeline reviews, and perform call breakdowns to optimize team performance and track key metrics.
  • Hire, train, and quickly replace underperforming team members to maintain high sales standards and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years in high-ticket sales with proven experience as a closer and in hiring and scaling sales teams.
  • Requires strong understanding of sales funnels like webinars and VSLs, and proficiency in tools such as GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, able to run daily team calls, enforce accountability, and move with urgency without needing hand-holding.

Success Metrics:

  • Increase close rates and show rates within 30-60 days through better pre-call processes and optimization.
  • Achieve consistent revenue growth across all assigned accounts and build a high-performing sales team that delivers results.
  • Compensation is based on 3% of the team's gross collected revenue plus additional bonuses and incentives for high earners.
